Beverley High School has a multi-agency approach to student welfare. We are a dedicated and committed team which strives to support our students on a day-to-day basis.
The Pastoral Support Team consists of support staff from a variety of professional backgrounds bringing with them skills to assist pupils in a holistic manner. Our team works with specialists staff from external agencies such as Connexions, Education Welfare Team, Education Psychology and Behaviour Support Team, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team, Education Service for Physical Disabilities and Child Care Team.
Our strong links with our Primary Schools on transition, allow us to establish support needed during this process. We provide support to both pupils and parents who may experience difficulties during the move to secondary schools.
